Cafe Restaurant Dauphine

Since the beginning of 2006 Café Restaurant Dauphine has opened its doors in Amsterdam. The restaurant is situated in the former Renault showroom opposite the Amstel station.

In the same building the offices of dutch broadcasting service BNR Newsradio and newspaper Het Financiëele Dagblad are situated (together FD Media Group).

The restaurant has about 240 places including the private restaurant of the FD Media Groep. Both restaurants can be combined into one by opening the seven meters high silver coloured doors. There is a special winebar and a bar where you can eat fresh oisters. In the centre of the restaurant the cantilevered boardroom of the FD Media Group is situated. This prostruding volume creates an intimate atmosphere where particular interviews for television or radio can take place.
